The Order
Payment in full shall be made with the order.
Website orders can be paid for using all major credit and debit cards acceptable to our secure payment providers at the time of ordering. Orders paid by cheques sent through the post will not be processed until the payment has been cleared. Supports4plants does not accept payment by cash sent through the post.
When an order has been placed it is treated as an offer to buy which has been accepted.
Supports4plants reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time. If doing so after having received payment, Supports4plants will refund that payment in full.
Deliveries
You will be informed at the time of placing your order of the expected delivery date. Deliveries are usually despatched within 3 weeks, during busy periods this may be a little longer.
The customer is asked to examine the Goods at time of delivery and refuse to sign for receipt if there are visible signs of damage on the packaging or contents. Please, immediately notify the Company of any fault, missing items or damage.
The Goods
An assembly and/or use guidance sheet will be enclosed with all our products. Supports4plants shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by failure to follow directions and guidance for the use of the goods.
The goods are manufactured and supplied in accordance with the description contained in the Company’s published literature or on the Support4plants’s website but we may from time to time make changes in the specification which do not affect their quality or fitness for purpose. Because all designs are hand crafted and the process may throw up slight differences and imperfections. This also may be due to the use of different metals and finishes and the hands on processes we use. These are part of the unique quality of the products but we will consider each case as appropriate.
Customer commissions
Any commissioned designs do not have the right to cancel once production has commenced and costs have been incurred.
Prices and Product information
Prices, product information and availability may change over time. We reserve the right to revise these at any time due to market conditions. If an error may occur and the products are incorrectly priced, in such circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. Occasionally, we may advertise our products at a promotional price. The client placing an order in such circumstance must quote the relevant promotion code otherwise the products may be charged the full price.
Cancellations
Support4plants will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. If an order has been processed an admin plus re-stocking charge may be applied.
